Production Process

Raw Material

We use virgin PE material which the poly mailer quality is premium good, high tensile strength, no bad smell

Film extruding

We have 15 sets 5 co-extruding machines, which makes our capacity to be Top 3 in this industry. The 5 layers blowing machine can
will produce better quality poly mailers no matter color and thickness

Printing

Our gravure printing machines which allows 10 colors printing, to make your logo, slogan, artwork and design perfect presents on
the mailers

Bag Making

We have 50 sets more bag making machine, which daily capacity to be 5 million pcs . No matter you like 25pcs per pack, 50pcs per
pack or 100pcs per pack, our machine will automatically counting.

Packing

Normally we make 100pcs per poly bag, then into carton box, to make your mailers flat and smooth, will not roll or make them
wrinkle , we use strong corrugated carton to pack with plywood pallets and corner protectors to make your poly mailers safe

Loading

Tengen professional sales and warehousing team will calculate and load your products fit into the containers safely without
