  Article 4 The State Press and Publication Administration is responsible for the overall layout and identification management of national printing demonstration enterprises. The provincial press and publication authorities are responsible for the organization declaration and daily management of the national printing demonstration enterprises in the region.

  The State Press and Publication Administration regularly evaluates the overall construction of national printing demonstration enterprises based on daily management and annual assessment.

  Article 15 Promote local party committees and governments to give national printing demonstration enterprises support policies in terms of funds, projects, land use, talents, and taxation, and support national printing demonstration enterprises to participate in the construction of industrial bases and advanced industrial clusters.
