  The company's behavior violated Article 45 of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution" "Production and service activities that generate waste gas containing volatile organic compounds shall be carried out in confined spaces or equipment, and pollution prevention and control equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with regulations. facilities; if it cannot be airtight, measures shall be taken to reduce exhaust emissions”. According to Article 108, Item 1 of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution", the local Ecological Environment Bureau imposed a fine of 32,000 yuan on the company's unorganized discharge of volatile organic waste gas.


  The printing industry is a key industry for the treatment of volatile organic compounds. The raw and auxiliary materials of inks and adhesives contain volatile organic compounds. Printing companies should actively equip waste gas treatment facilities and keep doors and windows closed during the production process. Through the investigation and punishment of printing companies in this case, other printing companies are warned to implement ecological environment management requirements, strictly control the emission of volatile organic compounds, and improve standardized management.
