Recently, the cyclohexanone plant of the amide and nylon new material project of Hubei Sanning Chemical Co., Ltd., undertaken by the first branch of China Chemical Engineering No. 16 Construction Co., Ltd., was crowned with a golden roof. With the completion of the pouring of the last pot of concrete, it marked the successful completion of the construction of the main structure of the cyclohexanone device, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation project.


The cyclohexanone main device has a construction area of 51,000 square meters, four floors above the ground, and a frame structure. The capping was completed in the first 45 days of the node construction period proposed by the owner.


Hubei Sanning Chemical Amide and Nylon New Material Project includes the following contents:


400,000 tons/year caprolactam production plant, including 1 million tons/year sulfuric acid plant, 560,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide (50%) plant, 400,000 tons/year caprolactam supporting ammonium sulfate plant and 2 sets of 200,000 tons/year ammonium sulfate Extrusion granulation equipment.


400,000 tons/year polyamide differentiated new material spinning project, including 400,000 tons/year polymerization unit and 200,000 tons/year nylon 6 spinning equipment.


200,000 tons/year nylon 66 project, including 480,000 tons/year cyclohexanol plant, 465,000 tons/year cyclohexanone plant, 240,000 tons/year adipic acid, 100,000 tons/year adiponitrile, 100,000 tons ton/year hexamethylenediamine, 200,000 tons/year nylon 66 and other devices.


In recent years, Sanning Company has actively implemented the Yangtze River protection strategy, adhered to the main chemical industry, promoted the development of phosphorus chemical industry to refinement, expanded the coal chemical product chain, extended the new material and new energy industry chain, and strengthened the coordinated development of the three main chains , and strive to become a model for the development of circular economy in the domestic chemical industry, and realize the combination of fertilizer, mineralization and material. The amide and nylon new material project is another tens of billions project after the successful commissioning of the 600,000-ton ethylene glycol project.
